18/12/02 First Senior Hurling meeting for 2003 takes place

We had a meeting on Tuesday 17th of December in the club rooms to inform the
players about training, when we will start and who is training the team this
year.

The new manager Brendan McGibbon told us the new trainer is Brendan
Kerr, a 4th year student at the University of Ulster Jordanstown, who will start on Tuesday the 7th of January 2003 from 7pm until 9pm. Remember to bring both indoor and outdoor footwear.

This year's captain is Mickey O'Neil, with Kevin Rafferty as vice captain. This year's
selection team is made up of Gerard Cunningham (Snr), Paul Morgan and Eddie
Connelly.

The meeting was attended by 25 people with 8 people who gave excuses.

We will keep you informed about the senior hurling team of 2003 on the club website through the year.
