St. Johns minor Hurlers overcame a weakened Rossa team in their first competitive outing of the season at Rossa Park on Friday night.
Played in excellent conditions St. Johns, after an initial first competitive 10 minutes, dominated the game going in at the interval 2:12 to 0:00 in front and continued to dominate to the end.

Liam Knocker(Capt), Colm McFall, Barry McFall & Fintan McKillop had excellent games and had good support from Ciaran McCurdy, Simon McCrory, Adrian Oliver and Eoghan Caldwell.
