After the disappointment of no game on Saturday night the St. Johns minor Hurling team travelled to Cushendall on Wednesday night and grinded out another good away win. Although understrength this was another good result for Joe McCailin's charges who remain unbeaten and top of the league. Although not a spectacle St. Johns had good performances from fullback Dermot Hartigan and wing half Peter McGarrity.
Colm McFall again showed class at centre field and Conor McStein, Liam Boyle and Jimmy Peoples showed up well in attack.
