07/12/04 Two more Bank of Ireland Ulster Colleges All-Stars for St. John's

Two of St. John's minors received Bank of Ireland All-star award recognition for their respective schools yesterday following this year's Mageean Cup campaign.

Conal Maskey (St. Mary's CBGS) and Simon McCrory (Edmund Rice Glengormley) were named All-Stars 2004 following their talented displays in this year's championship and they follow the example set by their team-mates last year (Liam Knocker, Niall Grego and Jim Peoples).

Both players have already represented their club at senior and senior reserve level this year (winning a senior reserve league medal in the process) and of course have also added a County Minor hurling medal to their trawl of accolades -
"We're gonna need a bigger trophy cabinet!"
