St. Johns U16's after a quiet start took full control of this game and ran out strong winners. Young Gerard Carberry had an excellent game.
On a sad note , this was the last game for St. Johns player Thomas Mulligan who emigrates to Florida next week. We would like to wish him and his family all the very best from everyone in St. Johns.

With Gort na Mona , St.Johns and Rossa all finishing level on points, St. Johns were conveniently drawn to play Rossa with the winners to play Gort na Mona in the Final.

With Rossa leading by one point at the interval St. Johns managed to draw level but were largely ineffective in the second half against a much hungrier and keener Rossa outfit who deserved their victory with Conor Rocks in fine form.
